- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 5-7 business days depending on your location.
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata):Â 3-5 business days
- Remote areas may take longer.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your order using the tracking number on our courier partner's website.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged items.
