Returns

·         You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

·         Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

·         Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

·         Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

·         Sale or discounted items.

·         Innerwear and accessories for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

·         We offer free exchanges for size or color issues within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

·         Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

·         Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

·         For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
